I have a dead 64Gb M4 SSD.
I hit the red box with java.lang.NullPointerException on trying to generate an RMA number on your website.
Despite emailing a transcript of my support chat, confirming all troubleshooting has failed and warranty return is required, including material number and serial number, to firstname.lastname@example.org some time ago, I haven't to my knowledge received any reply.
Please could you advise what I should do now?
