I was unable to find an RMA in our system when I ran a search for the email address you used to sign up to the forum. Do you have an original order number, or did you use a different email address on the RMA request?
I used the same email. I filled out the form online and then that was it, no kind of confirmation or RMA number or anything. Should I fill it out again? Or.....
If you used the same email there is a possibility that the form never reached us. You can either try again, or you can contact our Customer Support and request an RMA from them.
