I've been using my Ballistix Tactical pair of DDR3 modules for a few years, when my PC started showing random BSOD, and finally came to a non-booting state. After some troubleshooting I narrowed problem to RAM and replacing it from other PC solved the problem.
I'd like to qualify for replacement of faulty module, but unfortunately the local retail store from wich I got my RAM is out of business. I tried to find a local Crucial representative, but there seems to be none in Russia. I found an online return form, but neither US nor EU return form allows me to select Russia as my country.
I'm lost now. Will Crucial replace my faulty RAM? If so, what should I do?

Thanks for contacting us today. Unfortuatnely, we are unable to ship to Russia or offer warranty replacements shipping to Russia. We normally advise to go back to the original vendor (which it doesn't appear that you are able to do) for warranty replacments. If you are able to ship to one of the other countries we ship to from these lists, we could offer the replacement:
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
