Hello - I too have submitted for and RMA and have not yet received it.  I did receive the email acknowledging that I had submitted for the RMA but I have not as of yet received the the actual RMA number.

There is an RMA on your account, created on June 27th. I have requested to have the information email resent to the email address you put on the RMA request.

An RMA was created for you that day, along with a replacement order. A new email with the information you need should be on its way to you by now. Let me know if you don't get it.

I also requested a RMA number a few days back and never got one.

I looked in our system, and I see an RMA with your email address on it, created a couple of days before the glitch was fixed. There is a new email on its way to you now, with an RMA number and everything else you need to know for the RMA.

I too requested an RMA number almost a week ago now.

(Received the confirmation Email, but no number as yet).
