I ordered Factory reconditioned m4 128GB hard drive on 5/15. I got an email from Paypal on 5/18 stating that my payment to crucial.com did not complete. I contacted Crucial customer service to find out my order was cancelled due to Crucial taking too many order. I didn't even recieved an email from Crucial explaining about their mistake. I had to learn from Paypal email and call Crucial to figure out what happened to my order. I understand mistake happens, but I also belive that companies should take ownership of their mistake and offer something to customers.
