RGB resets on shutdown, is this supposed to happen?

Basically the title. I have the MOD utility and I can control everything there and it works fine, however when I shutdown my pc, the color will reset to the same teal(?) color everytime. Is this working as intended or is there something I am missing to keep the rgb settings I selected? I know its a bit lazy to complain about this, but it is a bit annoying to mess with everytime I turn on my pc.

@hip-albatross Thanks for contacting us. This does sound like a very weird glitch. Please contact us directly using the information in my signature and we would be happy to look into this further for you.

Could you please provide us with your board Model Number, BIOS revision, and build of Windows you are using?

If we get your system information we might be able to provide some suggestions.
