System Crashing when two ram sticks installed, work fine with one

I have an Gigabyte GA-Z270X Gaming 5 (http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-Z270X-Gaming-5-rev-10#kf), Intel I5 7500 CPU, Ballistix Sport LT Gray 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 UDIMM (http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ga-z270x-gaming-5/CT9788453) Asus Dual 1060 6G GPU (https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/DUAL-GTX1060-6G/)

Running windows 10

My problem is when I install the second 8GB stick. I cannot run the system for more than a few seconds before the BSOD. I replaced the motherboard, CPU, Ram, hard drive and Optical Drive, I have tried a repartition, MBR rebuild, Reformat of hard drive, Reinstall of windows 10 ver 1700 and 1600 series to no avail. updated bios and drivers when system run long enough to allow it.

Crucial has been incredible replacing two sets and technical help.

Has anyone had this problem, if so what am I over looking ?? something in the BIOS ??

The system runs great on either 8GB chips in slot 1

Thanks for any help

Jeff
