On live chat on support page, I asked Crucial support team to provide the M3CR022 firmware, but he told me that he cannot provide it and to wait for the new release.
And he told me that the technical team is working on the new release. But, I don't know really it is.
If the Crucial member can read this article, could you please inform me of the new release?
If they are working on it, I can wait for the new release.
Otherwise, I should take follow-up measures as soon as possible.

Regarding M3CR020/M3CR022 - please update the firmware so the drive correctly reports deterministic read zero after trim - as that's how they behave and basically any other modern ssd does (your past series - mx300, m4 - did it as well). I hope that's just an buggy ommision, not a new marketing policy or something to push people into more expensive models.
(also made a spearate topic about this, but as this is the feedback thread - so posting it here as well)

The 39 shown there is the current raw value in hex. 39 in hex is 57 decimal - your current temp. The SMART data doesn't include the operating temperature range as far as I know.

Is anyone else having trouble finding the SSD firmware for the MX500?
When I go to the OP's link and select the MX500, it states:
"No firmware updates currently available"
What am I doing wrong?

It was mentioned somewhere in this thread that the updated firmware caused problems with the PSID and was pulled. A Crucial representative also mentioned there was no real difference between the shipping firmware and the update anyway.

Hey guys, M3CR023 firmware is out. These are the notes:
I had a TCG issue, hope it resolves it.
EDIT: Although it seems it happens a bit less than before, I'm still getting the "A TCG Command has returned an error."
