Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

I can't run the newest version (3.46) - I get the "Ooops, something went wrong" error at the startup.

Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

Probably because they didn't even bother the fix the memory leak i posted in 30 august in the same topic when the update was showing up in version 3.43 but wasn't available on their website to manualy download.

But then again maybe theyir overpayed or underpayed programmers might need to explain why they can't  make a software like the one from diskovery.io that in a single 300 kb file can show all the data from all my storage devices without requier me to install all that JAVA cra_ and also starts instantly

Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

Was on 3.43... upgraded to latest 3.46.  Now SE won't start. I'm getting that same "opps something went wrong error"  I've also tried fully uninstalling and then rebooting and then reinstalling.    Windows 10.  Everything was working fine at 3.43.   Is there a link on the web site to download the older WORKING version?  3.46 is not helping me at all.

Thanks,

Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

the Crucial Storage Executive Software Works fine in Windows 10

but is a totally different story in Windows 7

follow issues in Windows 7;

Windows 7 the Sanitize Drive feature is not fuctional

Windows 7  Windows experience index can not be computed error

after installing the Crucial Storage Executive Software

After Sanitize Percentage Lifetime Remaining Resets to 100%

After a sanitize and reinstal of the OS- Percentage Lifetime Remaining has reset to 100%. Major Fail. A main reason to use this software is monitor just that.

Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

I see others have had the same issue.  This program doesn't detect the MX500 2TB SSD I just purchased and installed in an old Gigabyte GA-MA787GM-SH2 (AMD 780G chipset) motherboard operating Windows 7 32-bit.  BIOS is set to AHCI.  The drive is working fine but it would be nice to check SMART status or firmware updates occasionally.  Is there a solution?

Re: Feedback Thread for Crucial Storage Executive, Version 3.43

Hi all

I recently installed a CT500MX500 SSD data drive and a  CT250MX500 SSD system drive from Crucial.

I used  “Acronis True Image for Crucial”  to clone both drives.

I wanted to upgrade the firmware and monitor the 2 drives' operating temperature and overall health.

So I then installed Storage Executive Version: 3.55.032018.04

Everything worked absolutely faultlessly.

My machine:

HP7900 SFF  192.168.1.64

Windows 10 Pro (build 17134), 64-bit
