The material number is a five or six digit number located next to the barcode on the packaging. For your SSD you can try 384305.

Thanks, confirming that it's the corresponding code.
By the way does the company do the RMA process for Brazil? I can't find the option for my country during the address registration.

Check out this thread.
What troubles do you have with the SSD?

I was playing a game (metro exodus) and suddenly my system got a bluescreen crash, since then I couldn`t boot the hard drive again. I`ve tried a fresh install of Windows 10 using a bootable usb but the Windows installer didn`t detect the SSD. Also tried a fresh install of Linux Mint but again the installer wouldn`t detect the device. Lastly I`ve plugged it inside my brother`s PC and booted his hard drive with Windows 10 installed then ran the diskpart cmd command. Using the "list disk" command the program detected the hardrive, but strangely with total capacity of 0 bytes. That was the only sign of life i could get from it.

I understand. Well, I think it would be better if you get in touch with Crucial Customer Service via the link in my signature. I don't know if they have changed the way they handle RMAs in Brazil.

@Zezinho we do not ship to Brazil due to excessive duties/tariffs the country puts on warranty replacements. If we did ship, you would likely have to pay a tax that's higher than the cost of the drive.
Could you provide some details about the problem you're having, and what troubleshooting you've already attempted?
We perhaps could help you resolve the issue without having to replace the drive.
