After trying many attempts I've understood that freezes with windows 10 (everything is ok with windows 8) depend on mx100 ssd and not because of graphic card as I supposed. I've already updated firmware, but the problem remains.
What can i try before buying another ssd?

I think there are few things you could try:
- check for BIOS update
- try setting power plan to 'High performance'
- check for storage driver update or different version. One of the options to consider would be using the same version you have been using with Windows 8.

If you used Acronis to clone your drive, uninstall it.

To fix this problem do the following:
1. from the CMD.EXE prompt run chkdsk with the /fix parameter
\user\admin\chkdsk /f c:
2. Then remove all Acronis software. From Control Panel, select to Programs and Features, then right-click on acrinos to uninstall.
