@ClintonKing187 I've reached out to a couple of Crucial employees on your behalf. I'm not sure if they will respond over the weekend or not. Are you able to exchange it with the original place of purchase? If not, then someone from Crucial will provide you with options for your location. You could also select the US or European option and chat online with a Crucial Support representative to see if they could provide assistance.
