hello, this is my first post in this forum, new user. i am here because i have (or had) some serious problem with my mx300-2TB ssd-drive in external-usb-3.0 case. the ssd was not recognizeble, i was only UNALLOCATED SPACE in DISK MANAGMENT. Tried to get back into life with a live-usb stick with many different program, without succes. after 2 day trials i booted my laptop into normal windows-mode. and then came alive inside the external-usb-3 case. how and why, i dont know but it was miracle when it came back. after this i ran SMART-info insde STORAGE EXECUTIVE program and saw this.
i think i can better replace this ssd-drive. because losing 2tb important data is not funny. and this ssd-drive was my backup-drive. actually, you have to make 4 copies of your data as backup to be safe :-)
but my question is: on the base of this SMART-info is it possible to ask an RMA by amazone (where i bougth the driver 10 months ago??
althought, storage executive says drive healt is good, but look at this.
