Hello here is my Hardware info.
I am having trouble getting my SSD to function properly. I cannot for the life of me format it so I can use it. I've tried many methods including steps listed here. Upon completion I get a message saying the format did not complete sucessfully. This happens in every method including Windows 10 install.
More info and I/o warning below. I'll be here for a few hours to check replies and add info as needed.

There is a high number in Ultra-DMA CRC Error Count position. This error typically may be caused by bad or faulty SATA cable.
I would try to reconnect the cable to drive and motherboard and/or try different SATA cable and/or SATA port.

I opened up the case and used my HDD power and SATA cable for the SSD. I think on the first install I was being to gentle because both drives are working fine now.
Thanks for the answer.
