PCIe NVMe SSD support and drivers are not available under Windows 7 by default. Your system or motherboard manufacturer may be able to support adding those to Windows, however a hotfix is also available from Microsoft and can be applied to enable your Windows 7 operating system to natively support NVMe drives. This can also be used prior to cloning Windows 7 from your non-NVMe storage drive to a replacement NVMe SSD to allow the finished clone to boot normally.
