I have installed it and re-installed it but this is all that happens when I launch it.
I wrote down my e-mail and sent the logs but have not heard back. Please help.

I downloaded the iso and burned it to a CD and booted it from BIOS.
It loaded and then said that no drive needing update was detected.
Should I be relieved or worried?
My MX300 SSD is new.

They do ship with the latest firmware. It should actually have the firmware version somewhere on the drive label or box. So you're probably fine
