RMA - wrong material number

I bought a kit of two Ram (material number 285072, BLE2C8G4D26AFEA.16FAD, Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666).

Unfortunately, one memory is defective (no boot when inserted) while the other memory works without problems.

After completed the RMA procedure (RMA 0041950780 / Order 0604355777) I realized that I entered the material number of one memory module (285046) and not the whole kit.

I made a mistake because I saw that is possible to send only one memory module - link

What should I do now? Cancel/change rma ….

Thank you for your assistance!

Re: RMA - wrong material number

@semilemi Thanks for contacting us today. If you are only wanting to return one memory module then entering the material number off the module is completely fine. Are you wanting to return both, though? If so, I would advise you to contact customer service for your region and ask them to change your RMA to reflect both parts that you will be returning, so we may edit it. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
