I was not able to find the 2nd part number using the search function on Crucial's website, but Googling it came up with a link on Crucial's website.

The specs look identical, at least the ones which are listed/shown.   The first part number (CT8914109) is the Crucial specific part for the iMac 27" (mid 2010) model, while I believe the 2nd part number (CT2C8G3S1339M) is a generic part for Macs.   I believe they should both work fine in the iMac 27" (mid-2010).

Here are the links to both pages:

Keep in mind I am not associated with Crucial in any manner.   I am just comparing two sets of specifications from Crucial's own pages.   Keep in mind there are other specs which Crucial are not listing which could differeniate these parts.   Sometimes a Crucial representative will answer questions on these forums, but if they don't I suggest you contact Crucial Support for confirmation if you are considering ordering the second part just to be safe.  If you already have the second part you can try it.  If you experience any issues, then pull the memory.

@chercm Thanks for your inquiry. HWTech is correct. These parts are identical. We use part number CT8914109 on our site in order to guaratnee compatability with your iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010). However, CT2C8G3S1339M is the generic part number. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
