Crucial Ballistix Elite ddr4 3200 XMP issue on z370

Hello i just bought a i7 8700k and a Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 5 with 2 8GB RAM modules crucial ballistix elite 3200, i need some help i cant make them run at 3200.

XMP give me BSOD and crash in games like PUBG.

XMP and down clocks at 3000 give me Stuttering but no BSOD or Crash in games.
Im new at OC and i dont know how to OC manually


Currently running at 2133 all on auto.
Anyone can help me?

@Chelseaxmile Thanks for contacting us today. It does appear that the processor is compatible with memory that runs at 2666 MT/s as shown here in the specs.  Overclocking would be necessary to get this RAM to run at full speed. This could be very in depth and could potentially damage hardware.  From the issues you described one suggestion would be to check to make sure you aren't experiencing an overheating issue.  Otherwise, we can't advise further as to what more you could overclock for this RAM to run faster than the speed advertised by Intel. You would try running different XMP profiles to see if one of them provides you more stability.  Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

My rams are working at 2133 mhz but in the product highlights crucial says the speed starts is 2666mhz and XMP compatible.

How i can make work at this speed?

Dont have heat problems.
