DRAMs on CT8G4DFD824A.C16FDD2

Hello!

Can you help identify DRAM components on Crucial CT8G4DFD824A.C16FDD2 DDR4 memory modules, please? I can't find any information on this over the Internet. I need the full or abbreviated Part Number of the components.

Thank you!

@Jungle Hello and thanks for your message. If you are referring to details of the chips used on to make the memory module, then I'm afraid this information is proprietary information that is not available, however I would be happy to exapand on any specifications or details of the description. If you have any specific questions, please let me know and I would be happy to help. Many thanks

Re: DRAMs on CT8G4DFD824A.C16FDD2

Hello! Thank you for your reply! I have found the full and abbreviated part numbers of the used DRAM components. Frankly I was surprised to see D-die parts with 1/2 of 8Gb density. Spectek is used to disable a half of density via 15th DQ-pin, but I would never suppose that Crucial can do such things.
