Has anyone successfully upgraded the RAM in the 9570? Although the 32GB Ballistix kit is listed as compatible, it_is_not.

@Mike921 I am sorry for the issues you've experienced with this RAM. What kind of problems were you seeing when you put the memory in the system?

Same issue as the others have reported, laptop won't boot and shows Dell error code for memory fault. Replacing the original RAM returns to normal operation. Dell cut a BIOS update yesterday which may help, but I have already returned the memory to the reseller. FYI, installed g.skill today - works no problem.

Thanks for letting us know about the BIOS update. If we see this issue again at least we can point them to the BIOS and see if that resolves the issue.

Hi Sir/Miss I have same problem. XPS 9570 motherboard can't recognized my ram. I try dimm a and b, both not working.
Now I install Micron Ballistix Sport DDR4-2666MHz SODIMM on DIMM A and stander Micron DDR4 2666 8GB on DIMM B.
It can boot but the ram speed low down to 2400....
Is there any way fixed this issue?

Thank you for contacting Crucial. I noticed that you had started another conversation for the issue that you are experiencing with our memory. I will go ahead and post my response on the new forum that was created below.
