Help to understand difference between two identical memory crucial ballistix tactical

i have bought two 16gb(2x8) kits of  crucial ballistix tactical 

And in specs i see this:

2 of them is Crucial BLT8G4D30AETA.K16FD

and 2 other is Crucial BLT8G4D30AETA.K16FE

What the difference in K16FD and K16FE
AIDA64 tells that one is have 2133 speed otherone is 2400

But what the point make same memory with different speed?

Thank you for purchasing the Crucial memory products and your review. The K16FD and the K16FE are the extensions of the parts. Both of these parts are the same speed but they program is reading the SPD differently for some reason. Making sure that the two K16FD parts are in one channel and then the other two in the next channel.

I have the same problem and the 2 4 rams are 3000mhz and the motherboard read 2 2133 and the 2 other 2400 how
