I am so aggravated right now

So I order a ssd and some memory as per a chat recomendation from crucial. I give the specs and part number off the memory in my laptop to the tech on chat its ddr4 and they send me ddr3 that wont fit. so I contact them and they are nice and say oh no thats the wrong one sent to you, so I rma it they over night me the right one and I have to repay for the new one. well I package it all up send it back and today recieve the new one and guess what! i recieve the exact same ddr3 I just sent back! memory exsperts huh!

So I guess now I have to repay for yet another one and package up this one and await a refund yet again.

just to return a part they have 2.00 invested in. Yes I am so frustrated
