Replacement RAM module came with different chip layout

I got a replacement RAM module from Amazon and now I ended up with possibly different modules.

Can you please help me understand what the differences are?

As shown in the pictures, the one on the left is the replacement I got and the one on the right is what needs to be replaced.

So, I will end up using the one on the left ( M16FB) with the middle one (C16FE).

Are they compatible? If they are, why the difference with respect to the product number and module layout?

Thanks!

Re: Replacement RAM module came with different chip layout

@ctinm I am sorry for the delay in reply. The memory modules are compatible with each other and identical in every way, but they are from different batches. This means that they were manufactured at different times. In some rare cases memory may need to be installed in matched pairs, so I would be happy to check compatibility for you to be sure. What is the make and model of your computer?
