is there a open source utility to test memory performance

Dear Expert

I need to replace a DDR2133 Crucial CT8G4DFD8213  to DDR2400 Crucial # CT8G4DFS824A on Suppermicro MBD-X10SRA. if the CT8G4DFS824A is not listed on the supported memory on MBD-X10SRA website. how to evaluate the compatibility and performance of this replacement?

Best Regards,

Re: is there a open source utility to test memory performance

@david_sun Thanks for contacting us today. It does not look like that memory is compatible with your system. We would advise purchasing memory of our compatability list here:

http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for//x10sra

This memory has been tested and can be guaranteed to be compatible with your system.

If you need any assistance finding generic part numbers, please let us know.
