DDR3 and Windows 7 64 bit

I've downloaded the Crucial Memory Advisor tool onto my Inspiron 560 which is running Windows 7 64bit and has 2x1GB DDR3 ram. The tool won't execute, so what's the next step in finding what additional memory is acceptable?

You can use the manual 3 step Memory Advisor Tool to look up the manufacturer, product line and model.  The link below will take you to the results page for your Inspiron 560 and show you all compatible upgrades.  Be sure to use the correct link for your location:
