In my opinion in order to have similar benchmarks you should have similar setup, to begin with What particular benchmark you compare your results to?
Your speeds seem to be within acceptable range for this drive. In case you would like to improve them a little bit you can consider few things:
- check if the Windows power plan is set to 'High performance'
- it seems you do not use AMD SATA driver, you could try to install it. I do not have experience with AMD based systems but it is still possible that new SATA driver from AMD could improve speeds a little bit.
Your AMD SB950 SATA controller (the motherboard is equipped with) is very good however top tier Intel controllers seems to be a little bit faster, that can be a contributor to little bit higher benchmarks on some modern Intel motherboards - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/storage-controller-performance-ssd,3540.html
In general I wouldn't worry having the speeds you have at the moment.

Yes, it would be AMD AHCI driver. Usually you can check drivers listed on mobo support page like http://www.asus.com/pl/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_V_FORMULAZ/HelpDesk_Download/
Or here perhaps, I don't know - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+8.1+-+64
Keep in mind it is still possible your system would work best with storahci driver anyway, you could just try these other AHCI drivers. This is what I would probably do but as I told you I have no experience with AMD based systems.
