Need advice for a MX100 problem

I purchased  a MX100 256GB SSD on August 16 and lately on reboot I am getting the message that one of my disks needs to be checked for inconsitencies. The computer runs scan disk and it boots up with no message (good or bad). Happens on EVERY reboot.

What bothers me is that if scan disk doesn't find the problem, can Crucial?

Also, if the disk is not bad how can I stop it from constantly giving that message?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
