It was a big set back for me to my work, as a dj after you told me you will arrange the replacement of my ssd, and wait more than 10 day when you told me it will take 5 to 10 days and it was from Dec 24, 2018, and yesterday Jan 8, 2019 only the time you change the procedure how I will get the replacement of my ssd, I was really disappointed and you gave me a big set back about my work and I don't recommend to have one more crucial ssd anymore even though I am using 2 set of SSD from crucial I will suggest as well my colleague and friend not to get any crucial product and to suggest to get other brand after I send back to you the faulty SSD and get my replacement I will not gonna used it because I already bought a new ssd from Samsung that can compensate, the delayed and set back what your customer support did to me.
